Looking for a flatemate to take over a spare double bedroom at my flat. The flat is located on top of a business premises with views of Gardner street. The entrance of the flat is through the business!

1 months rent and 1 month deposit is required.

Its partially furnished ( bed, cupboard)

I am a fairly busy professional so looking for someone in a similar situation.

All bills are included and there is free wifi as well.
