Hello, I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy as soon as possible as I am moving back home. The room is available until the very last day of July so would be perfect for a short term tenancy over summer. Bills are just under £100 a month and that includes water, WiFi, gas and electricity. The other housemates are really chill and easy to get along with. There is a large shared kitchen/living room and 2 bathrooms.
