Double room Seven Dials area Brighton

Definitely worth viewing as the pictures don't do it justice! This is a beautiful home. We are looking for somebody to move in 01/06/2026. There may be some flexibility around this dependent on the current flatmates dates to move.

We have a lovely and quiet double room available at our 3 bedroom home in the Seven Dials/Prestonville area of Brighton.

The room is a good size furnished double at the rear of the property, facing a patio garden. The room has a double bed, chest of drawers and a wardrobe & television.
There is a bathroom with a shower next to the room. The bathroom is shared with one other person.

The house is very spacious and very nicely decorated.
It has a large lounge area with a dining table; a large kitchen with all appliances, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a front garden and two secluded outdoor areas with a shed.

The views are stunning, as the house is in a elevated position.

The rent for the room is £775 pcm and the deposit is one month's rent.
Council tax and a tv license are included in the rent. We share the remaining bills - electric, gas, water and broadband .
The bills come to around £50 per person per month on average.

We are friendly, respectful professionals and we are looking for someone similar. We like to socialize in common areas, but respect each others space too.

The house is our home, we do keep it clean and tidy and take care of it with a weekly rota. It is not a party house. We live in it, not just co- exist.

The house is a stone's throw away from Preston Park and is only minutes walking from Seven Dials which is a great area, with many cafes, shops and interesting places - and London Road shops too!

We are less than half an hour from the beach on foot and less than twenty minutes from Brighton station on foot.

There is ample on street residential parking outside the house, with no waiting list.

There is also a friendly and very chilled out small dog (Frenchie) living with us, so it would be great if you liked animals too!
