We have a lovely and quiet double room available at our 3 bedroom home in the Seven Dials/Prestonville area of Brighton.
The room is a good size furnished double at the rear of the property, facing the patio garden. It has a double bed, chest of drawers and a wardrobe.
There is a bathroom with a shower next to the room. The bathroom is shared with one other person.
The house is spacious and very nicely decorated. It has a great lounge with a dining table, a large kitchen with all appliances, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a front garden and a secluded back garden/patio.
The rent for the room is £750 pcm and the deposit is one month's rent. Council tax and a tv licence are included in the rent. We share the remaining bills - electric, gas, water, broadband and the cost of a cleaner.
We are friendly, respectful professional people, and we are looking for someone similar. We like to socialize, but also keep our private spaces. The house is our home, we do keep it clean and tidy and take care of it. It is not a party house.
Seven Dials is a great area, with many cafes, shops and interesting places. It is a 6 minute walk from the house. Preston Park is 5 minutes away. There is on street residential parking outside the house, with no waiting list.
There is also a friendly small dog living at the house, so you must like animals.
