3 Month Sublet in cosy Terraced House

Hello potential flatmate!

We are currently a house of 3 professionals under a lease for 1 year however, one of the girls is moving out 🥰

We are looking to sublet her room from the 25th June 2024 until our end of lease on 21st September. The rent is £700 with bills (Wi-Fi, water, council tax and energy) included! This a double, fully furnished bedroom. We have an open plan kitchen and living room, a lovely courtyard garden and a gorgeous, spacious bathroom and washroom. The bedroom is located on the first floor. Parking is available with a permit out the front.

You would be living with two professionals women, both around 30. We are both very clean, relaxed and friendly. We love to cook, and are sociable, although we are always respectful of everyone’s working hours.

We have a dog living with us at the moment but he will also be leaving in June ☹️ so pets are welcome and approved by the landlord!
