Double Bedroom in Kemptown for rent

I am looking for someone to take a second room in a flat I am currently renting.

The Flat:
10th floor with amazing views over the beach and bifolding doors onto the balcony which is amazing in the summer. The kitchen, living room and bathroom are all recently renovated and modern throughout. Fast fibre internet, tv and netflix / amazon provided by virgin. Bills are not included however you are looking at around circa £120 for everything each. Parking can be available but organised through a permit system.

The room:
A double room with fitted wardrobes, the room can come with a bed or this can be removed pending preference. There is also a bracket fixed to the wall for a tV.

The flatmate:
I am 32 years old currently work as a proejct manager for a tech firm in London. I tend to travel a lot during the week some 2/4 week days of the month the flat is usually empty. hobbies include gym, pubs, sea swiming, eating. Pretty laid back and chilled I see this more of a friendship than just renting together.
