Quiet Double Room Available In Queer Household

hi we are teddy & purple, two neuro-queer non binary trans humans looking for a third housemate to complete our home.

available immediately, and would also be happy if June is your move in month.

rent is £450, all bills including council tax £140. there is no deposit (sublet) but also because of that, won't be suitable for people on types of benefits that require proof of rent documents.

first floor double bedroom with a window that goes out to the garden. the room is unfurnished, with two levels of in built clothes racks on one side.

we are looking for someone who:

- will pay rent and bills, consistently and reliably
- are responsive and genuinely interested in listening & talking through issues when any come up (and in real relationships they always come up! big or small)
- want to share house chores, and upkeep the house as a space with good hygiene most of the time
- won't throw parties or have many guests unless agreed collectively, it's a small house!
- want to be friendly and say hello to each other most days
- plus: overlaps in worldviews are welcome (ideological commitment to fighting racism, transphobia, queerphobia, ableism, class oppression, misoginy and sexism, so on)
