We have a large, very fluffy, very bouncy dog, who is friendly but he can be quite intense so you need to be very comfortable with dogs. Any pets would need to be compatible with him so no cats, sorry!



We are looking for someone to share our 3-bedroom house. It is just to two of us here so there is plenty of space for another person/couple. The house is well maintained and colourfully decorated and features a big living room, separate toilet and bathroom, a good-sized kitchen and a very large flat garden that is absolutely fab in the summer! The street we live on has ample free parking and only requires permits on match days, which are easy and free apply for.



The room is a good-sized double room with big south facing windows, plenty of natural light and a nice view of the garden, away from the road. It is not currently furnished but we can easily find and supply whatever furniture you might need. There are huge floor to ceiling mirrors on one side of the room. Its currently painted pink but you are welcome to repaint if the colour is not to your taste.



About us: We are a married couple and we own the house together. We have no children, nor do we plan to. We do have a large fluffy dog and a horse, but don’t worry the horse doesn’t live here!



Chaz is 33 and he has lived in Brighton his whole life and is very well connected to Brighton's vibrant side! He works for a specialist soap bubble company and works from his home office. He enjoys playing poker, playing board games, and generally socialising with friends.



Georgia is 31 and she is a teacher, although currently signed off work due to a long-term illness. Georgia’s interests currently include watching lots of movies and tv due to not being very well, but on better days she also loves horse riding, playing piano, singing, DJing, crafting and swimming; hence the pool in the garden.

We would like to find someone sociable to live with. We love having people round for dinners, movie nights and games nights. Whilst we are very respectful of other peoples’ space and noise – we do have people over quite regularly. In the summer we have lots of BBQ's and Garden daytime garden parties. We also have the occasional nighttime party but we try and keep it reasonable and respectful for the neighbours who all have young children.



We keep the house tidy and clean as far as possible, and we would hope that you do too, but we are not obsessive or over the top about a small amount of mess.



Ideally the right person will be up for socialising and occasionally cooking shared meals and generally treating the place as a home rather than just a room to sleep in. It would be a huge bonus if you especially love dogs and would be prepared to walk the dog and look after him on some occasions.

Rent for single person is £550+Bills or £650+VAT for a couple

We share the bills equally amongst each person each month, in total they come to 350-450 per month, so 110-150 per month divded by 3 people, or 87-112 if divided by 4 people.

Live in and very friendly landlords - no agency fee's, no dodgy landlords not fixing things. No need for guarantor. All we require is 4 weeks rent as a damage deposit and the first month’s rent.

We are very much looking for someone who we really get on with and fits in with our interesting and unique lifestyle.
