This residence is in the main location of London road 😁 If you search "Pavilion Point" in google map you could check the precise location!

On first floor of the residence building, there's starbucks, Nando's, Heavenly desserts Brighton, and Co-ops 🤩 Trains station 🚂 is 10 min walk, Aldi and Sainsbury 🛒🛒 is located within 2-3min walk!! Plus, there are two bus stops right in front of the building 🚌🚌

The room features a small double bed, loads of storage, big wordrobe, and dedicated workspace. You will also have your own en suite shower🚿🛀🏼

You will share a modern kitchen and living room with usaully 3-4 flatmates but by the time if you move there will be only 1 person!!

There's also a garden 🏡🪴 in the middle and a gym inside the residence building with free of access 24/7 🏋🏻💪🏼

Per month usually it's £1060 but I'm having it as £860 since lack of time (All bills included, no extra fee rather than the rent) 💰✅✅
