Looking for someone to take my room in a 3 bed flatshare. I am living with 2 of my friends who are both male and unfortunanetly i have to move out due to my circumstances have changed.

Jak and George are really lovely and if you love boardgames then you are just the perfect fit :)

The room is a single bed room approx 10sqm. There is a shared living room facing the sea and a comunal garden infront of the house with a tunnel to the beach.
The flat has a bathroom with bath and shower and a guest toilet.

Perfect located right next to lidl and a 5min walk to the beach. Bus stop infront of the house.

You will also get access to the Sussex gardens that have a private tunnel leading to the beach.

Please note that the succesful candidate will have to register with the property agency and provide their own gurantor if a student or income does not meet the criteria.

Also for clarification: no one is smoking in the flat only on the balcony, but smokers are welcome :)
