1 Room Double bed with balcony/terrace

1 Room with a double bed and a roof terrace looking out onto the pier and the sea. Prime location ( 2 minute walk from beach, 10 minute walk to train station) and just off St James street. Lots of activities to do in the area including pubs, venues and festivals happening over summer. It is a flat so there is a short walk up some stairs to get in.
I (male) am moving out so flat mates would be 2 females, one 20 and one 26 years old. Shared Bathroom, shower , Kitchen and small communal area. Bills not included. When the sun shines as it will a lot in summer the balcony is sunny from the morning until 5/6.
Property available from 1st June - End of august (Date tbc but between 24-28th) . Bills not included in monthly rent. Ideally looking for someone to stay for all 3 months. If you are looking for a large, comfy room with a sea view and prime location this is the spot for you.
