Hi,

I have a quiet study bedroom and bathroom available (please note I am only allowed to accommodate 1 person other than short stays of less than 4 weeks).

The semi basement floor of my home has a light, quiet double bedroom and bathroom including washer dryer. It feels separate as it has it's own front door, previous lodgers have enjoyed staying while flat hunting or waiting for completion on a home they're buying.

It's worked well for health care professionals doing night shifts and postgrad students on placements or finishing dissertations.

Our shared eat-in kitchen with a second washing machine, dishwasher and gas stove is on the ground floor. Through a small conservatory is the door to the sunny patio garden (with compost bin). There is space for bikes to be stored indoors.

I will be away from home with my 10 year old son for much of June and July, my husband Matt will be around more of the time but will join us for a few weeks and the house will be generally quiet.

I'm easy to contact by WhatsApp if needed and a local friend is available when I'm away.

All bills are included except phone. The house is strictly non smoking.

I am willing to discuss the rent level if we are a good fit.
