2x Double Rooms Available in Hanover Share House

We have 2 rooms available in our Hanover House from 16th August. This is when the lease is renewing so two of the current housemates will be moving out (5 rooms all together).

The housemates who will be staying are looking for housemates that are chilled, clean and friendly. We’re not a huge party house but definitely like to hang out and occasionally have social drinks together. A bit about us, Claire’s a 26yo Australian midwife who likes to travel and keep active, Brooke is a 25yo musician who also works at Komedia and Steph is moving into the house this week so she is also new to the house and she is a 28yo artist/ illustrator from Bulgaria. Everyone is super lovely and all round good vibes.

It’s a great location in Hanover- close to the level, the laines, supermarkets, 20 mins walk to the beach. There are a bunch of pubs just around the corner and also corner shops nearby.

There is a small garden which is a lovely sun trap in the afternoon, great for BBQs and chilling in the sunshine! We have a shared living room area, kitchen, two bathrooms with toilets, one with a shower and one with shower/bath.
The 2 rooms available are both descent sizes and are both unfurnished.

Rent + Bills (including council tax) is £645 per month.
There is permit on street parking available in zone V.
