We’re looking for a new housemate in our 5 bed house in Brighton!
The room does come unfurnished but my current housemate is willing to leave her mattress which is fairly new.
We’re preferably looking for a clean, tidy working professional rather than a student due to council tax reasons.
We’re a group of 4 friends ages of 23-25 and looking for someone to take join our tenancy until August (and probably renewing after) starting from January as our current housemate is moving although there can be some flexibility on this too!
We’re a clean, chill house and like to go out for drinks together but also like our own space.
