Double bedroom in 2 bed flat

Hello! My lovely housemate has moved out so I have a double bedroom in a 2 bed maisonette available immediately. Pretty central location with a bus stop at the end of the street that goes to the city centre etc. There are also corner shops, a Co-Op and a large Sainsbury’s nearby, as well as pubs etc along Lewes Road. The room comes with a small double bed and more furniture can be provided if needed. There’s one bathroom shared between us with a bath/shower and a little garden just big enough for a table and chairs.

Rent is £700 per month plus bills and we are in Council Tax Band A. There’s permit parking in Area J.

You’ll be living with me (Josie, 31) and my dog (Fleur, 9). She’s a bichon so she doesn’t moult and she’s completely blind. She gets around absolutely fine and loves people, but she can be unsure around other animals so unfortunately no pets can move in. Just really want to stress that as people ask, but it simply wouldn’t be fair on Fleur! It’s a pretty chilled and cosy house, having people round is totally fine but it’s not really a party home. I love a chat but equally I’m very respectful of others space. Keeping communal spaces, especially the kitchen has been a must for me and my current housemate so someone who is respectful of that would be fab.
