Hello!

I have a lovely big double room available to rent in my 2 bed flat by 7 dials. 3 mins walk from Brighton station. Shared kitchen, front room and 2 bathrooms. Beautiful views of Brighton.

The room is unfurnished and available from mid-July, but can be a bit flexible on dates. No short-term lets.
Rent is £625 a month payable direct to the landlord and bills are £175 paid to me by DD on the last day of every month.

Sharing with me, a professional female, early 30s working from home half the week and out a few evenings a week.
Looking for someone like minded to share the space and enjoy a few drinks at the weekend but also have our own lives going on.
I have lived here 3 years and love the flat, really feels like home so I am sure you will love it too! :)
