Large bedroom available in a good location in Brighton. The bedroom has a double bed, a chest of drawers, shelves with a built-in desk and an open closet.

The house has shared access to a large living room and a kitchen with a washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave and cooker.

There are two male housemates currently living here. We are both quiet and easy-going.

The house is in a very good location, with a bus stop right outside and another one a couple of minutes walk down the road, with buses to the town centre, marina and train station. There is also several corner shops nearby and Queen's park is just a few minutes walk away.

The house is in Council tax band C (The advert says to include this in the description). All bills, including council tax, are included in the rent though.
