Prospective lodger must be a cat lover, and ideally might be up for looking after / feeding Meeka (the cat) occasionally, but it’s not obligatory.

The flat isn’t really big enough to accommodate working from home, such as telephone sales etc.

I work as a musician so I’m often away at weekends and evenings, and practicing at home on weekdays (at sociable times only) or working out of the house at my cycle courier side job.

I’m a quiet and considerate person so the room would ideally suit someone who is similarly inclined and enjoys coming home to a quiet sanctuary rather than a party house 🎉.
