We are a family of four living in Moulsecoomb area of Brighton. Close to universities with good commuter links to rest of the city.

Unfurnished small double room available with use of communal areas. Includes council tax, water, broadband and gas, electricity on assumption of not unreasonable/excessive use. Please note there is no landlines on the property. On street parking available but note zone D event day restrictions apply (relating to Amex stadium)

Due to children on property not really suitable for anyone wanting to bring lots of people home/ lots of visitors to property.
