Hello everyone! Looking for a new housemate in a nice, quiet, private houseshare in central Brighton, arround the level. Move in date 1st of July or before! ⭐️🤍
Location: BN2
Rent: Rent + council tax is £523 + around £90 bills each month
Deposit: no Deposit just 2 months rent upfront (for the last months before you would move out), rolling contract, private landlord
WHEN - Our flatmate is moving out and we’re looking for someone to move in around the 1st of July (can be before basically from now on).
WHO - We’re looking for someone who is relaxed, clean and friendly to move into our home. You’ll be living with 4 other working people, who are friendly and sociable and hang out together but also like to do our own thing. Lmk if you have any more questions about us and we can chat more at the viewing ofc. :)
AMAZING LOCATION - close to the level, the laines, supermarkets, 20 mins walk to the beach. There is a lovely pub around the corner and a corner shop directly opposite too.
GARDEN - We have a small outdoor area which has space for bike storage and chilling out in sunny weather.
HOUSE - We have a shared living room area, kitchen with a lil dining area, a bathroom with a toilet, separate shower room and an upstairs toilet. We also have a tumble dryer.
KITTY - Will be moving out, so there will be no cat in the house anymore! 😢 But probably important for allergies: a cat lived here before.
The room is a double room on the ground floor with lots of natural light. The room comes with build in shelves and if you want the bed frame.
ACCESSIBILITY - The general area around the house is flat arround the level, shops are 0,4 mi away and bus stops 0,2 mi. The room has half a stairs going up to it but is technically ground floor. There are 3 steps down to the kitchen. Half a stairs to access downstairs for living room, shower and fully equipped bathroom and a full stairs to access the upstairs toilet.
