Central sunny flat-share

Bright and airy flat located 1 minute away from the sea and pavillion. Spacious bedroom with high ceilings and a bay window with a shared lounge and a modern kitchen and bathroom. The room can come furnished or unfurnished. Council tax and bills together are usually around £100 a month. We are a couple of friends who have lived together for a year now. We like to paddle board on the beach, watch netflix or have a games night but we also enjoy having people over for a couple drinks or the occasional party. We both work full time on different schedules so we always try to be considerate.
