Small double available in homely house share

Hello!
We have an unfurnished small double room coming up in our homely 3 story house. Consisting of two good sized bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a big bath), a small garden, an open plan lounge and kitchen and some attic space too.

The house is situated on a lovely street that has a real community feel with it's own street party in the summer and advent calendar window displays in December. The area is pretty quiet and if you need one, there isn't a wait for a parking permit.

We're a 3 minute walk from Queens Park, 10 minutes from the sea and maybe a 10/15 bus ride into town.

The house consists of me, Max and Nick. We're a queer household (with a sprinkle of neurodivergence too) who have been friends for a few years. Our preference is to find someone who is looking to join our home and not just wanting a room to stay in. However saying that we do all like our own space and will totally respect your need for yours too!

We have varying schedules but like to make time to hang out together both in and out of the house. We have spoken about maybe starting to get into communal meals one or twice a week and perhaps hosting a chilled gathering every so often.

We do like to keep the house fairly chilled and are looking for someone who can be considerate, especially around noise. We also prefer to have a little heads up if someone is coming to visit if possible.

Whilst the house already has a homely feel, we have had a few conversations recently about wanting to give the house and garden a bit more of a glow up, no pressure to get involved in this but bonus point if you're somewhat houseproud and like to keep the communal areas looking nice.

We like to try and keep things clean and tidy but have also spoken recently about getting a cleaner to keep on top of this as a clean and tidy space is pretty important to us.

We believe the room will be available from 1st August but there is a chance there will be work being done for a few days once the current tenancy is up We're are currently in talks with the agent about this (who are pretty decent as far as estate agents go..)

Bills are around 100 but can vary depending on the season
