2 Bed balcony flat summer let

Short term let in our bright and warm family home while we are away for the summer.
Central flat near Laines, Preston Park, lots of shop/ cafes and town centre.
We are looking for someone respectful of the fact that this is our home and will contain some of our things while we are away for 6 weeks. This would be perfect for someone who wanted a ready-to-go place to stay for 6 weeks.
Would suit a couple or pair of friends who need somewhere super convenient to see them through summer. Must be able to move out before 30th August.
One bedroom has a double bed and the second has 2 single beds. The living room has a small sofa bed.
Kitchen is open plan and includes washing machine and dishwasher. There is no parking outside but there is secure a bike lock up.
Price includes all bills except electricity which is on a metre.
