Double Room Available in Central Brighton

About the Room:
We're looking for a lodger to rent our double room in the heart of Brighton. The room is cosy, quiet, and westerly facing, so it gets lovely afternoon sun! It includes a newly built-in wardrobe and an ottoman bed for extra storage. We will provide all necessary furnishings (desk, chair, mirror, wardrobe, shelving).

- 15 minute walk to Brighton Station
- Just 3 minutes from the beach!
- Living-room overlooking park (& has a view of the sea!)

About Us:
We are a young professional couple. We work Monday to Friday and often spend weekends in/around Brighton. One of us works from home two days a week, but work from our room so you won't be disturbed if you work to a different schedule.

We're respectful, tidy, and easy-going people. We love to be active, spend time outdoors and enjoy a BBQ with a game of Kubb!

Please note that we occasionally (1-2x a year) foster dogs for short periods of time, so it's for this reason essential that you're okay with a dog being around the house. Cuddles are optional!

Rent:
- Monthly Rent: £900
- Deposit: One month’s rent.

We’d love for you to make our flat your home too and you’re of course welcome to decorate your room however you’d like.
