3 Rooms to Rent in Big House with Outside Space!

Hello! My name is Chance and I am a 31 year old Learning Support Assistant, actor, creative and cat owner looking for 3+ flatmates!

All the people on my shared tennancy are leaving, but I dont want to leave this lovely house! I need to find 3 or more flatmates by July 12 to say here :D

The house is on 3 floors, I am on the top floor and there are two rooms on the middle and one on the ground floor. All of them are double rooms of a good size and we have a downstairs patio and upstairs paved garden which is incredible in summer.

We are off Lewes Road so have a Co-Op, a Sainsburys and loas of nice cafes and pubs nearby, inclduing The Gladstone.

Transport links are great with the station a 20 minute walk away, the sea 25 minute walk away, 10 mins from the Level :D

Bus routes are the 23,24,25,28,49 and others a 1 minute walk from the house.

What you need:
- To be able to pass an OpenRent tenant check before July 12 2024
- To be okay with cats as I have 3
- To be a nice, kind, considerate person
