Hi, we are looking for a friendly, sociable & considerate flat-mate to share our home with my big, ginger cat Brian!
Its a lovely semi-detached 4 bedroom house with a garden that I'm gradually getting to grips with. Central heating throughout, open fire in the sitting room, big kitchen, dining room & a spare room for friends to stay in occasionally if needed.
Walking distance into central Brighton & easy reach of Preston Park and Hollingbury golf course. 5 minutes walk to London Road train station. (Council Tax band D.)
We are 2 professional women who have our own lives but we do sometimes like to cook together and hang out. We both enjoy meeting new people. We're looking for someone like-minded who has their own interests but is happy to share a meal or watch a film together occasionally.
