Hi, Due to unexpected circumstances I'm looking for someone to share my home with me and my big, ginger cat Brian!
Its a lovely semi-detached 4 bedroom house with a garden that I'm gradually getting to grips with. Central heating throughout, open fire in the sitting room, big kitchen, dining room & a spare room for friends to stay in occasionally if needed.
Walking distance into central Brighton & easy reach of Preston Park and Hollingbury golf course. 5 minutes walk to London Road train station.
Some Bills included- eg I pay for a cleaner weekly, but gas/electricty & Council tax would be shared. (Council Tax band D.)
I'm a professional female and often work long hours so you would frequently have the house to yourself. I like socialising and meeting new people. I enjoy exercise, travel, cooking when I have time & going out to eat. Im looking for someone like-minded who has their own interests but is happy to share a meal or watch a film together occasionally.
