Cosy double room in North Laine

We're renting out a bright double room in our gorgeous 4-bed house in the North Laine, just by Brighton Station. It's a short walk to anything as it's so central!

The house
Our cosy house has 4 bedrooms and is within walking distance of the beach, the station and all the shops you can think of. It has a small patio, a living room/dining room space and a light filled bathroom with a shower and bath. We have lots of plants and candles and art that make the space super cosy.

The room itself is unfurnished but does have an alcove which is great for storage. It has a big window and blackout curtains too.

Our landlady is super lovely and very quick to respond or fix things if they ever need sorting!

The location
Living in the North Laines we have easy access to all kinds of cafes, bars, and restaurants. We also have a Tesco, M&S and Sainsbury's, just down the road, to pick up quick groceries, but we're lucky enough to have a big Aldi close by on London Road.

We're also ridiculously well connected here - with Brighton Station and easy walking distance to various bus stops.

The flatmates
One of the housemates is 27 but the other girl and I are 31. We're professionals and all lead quite independent lives but will watch TV with the fairy lights on in the living room. We also enjoy lighting the candles from time to time and having a glass of wine together too!

You
We're looking preferably for a female professional between the ages of 27-35 who is sociable but also respectful of the space. The house isn't huge so keeping it clean and tidy is important to us!

We're looking to fill the room as soon as possible- So we'll be doing viewings soon!
