Large 1 bedroom ! The bathroom has a shower wc and sink and if you fancy a soak a (very big) bath! There is a communal kitchen (two ovens and lots of cupboard space) living room and There is also a front and rear garden (shared with the upstairs flat), note gardening is provided by the landlord. The flat is very central and is 15min walk to Brighton train station 15 mins to north lanes and close to open market also many bus routes making easy to get to other parts of the city.
