Luxury Sea-side 2 bed-flat Above a hotel

Hi!

I'm a 24-year-old Recent Sussex graduate working as a finance consultant since last year. I have a room available in my 2-bed flat(I'm not the landlord). My current flatmate is moving out in July, and I'm looking to start a new contract either in late August or September. Alternatively, we could roll over the contract from July 23rd, meaning I'd stay, and you'd move in then.

The flat is gorgeous with a 10th-floor balcony direct view right to the sea, above a hotel(first 5 floors is the part of the hotel and we would be on floor 10). We have a porter who takes out the trash, and you enter/leave through the hotel lobby. There are 2 rooms; I live in the smaller one (which is still quite big). The smaller room is £900 a month (water and heating included) and the bigger room is £1100 a month. You can choose either one. I'll attach a link to the property so you can check out the pictures. It is only a 5 min WALK to Churchill Square with amazing location means you can be either a student or professional . It has 2 toilets and 1 shower (luxury waterfall shower) . I need someone who is max 31 ideally and clean after himself beside of that i really dont care as im really chill and dont mind, in the week im chilling and weekends i go out , got a girlfriend who would occasionally come over . I dont mind if you wanna hang out occasionally or you wanna do your own thing im chill regarding that as well . You can invite friends over at fridays or weekends and party with them whatsoever (as long as you clean up afterwards in the morning ) and i wouldnt mind that hence im pretty chill regarding that.
