The room:
Small, unfurnished double bedroom with built in storage, on the middle floor of the house, overlooking the garden. (Room may come with bedframe)

Bills: £120 per month.

The house:
A comfortable and tastefully decorated 3 floor terrace house with 4 bedrooms. One bath/shower, 2 seperate toilets. Large kitchen with a range cooker, dining table, dishwasher and washing machine plus loads of gadgets and equipment. Seperate living room (Set-up may change). Good sized patio garden with lots of plants and seating.

We are on a quiet street off London Road. 10 mins walk to London Road station and 15 mins to Brighton station. 20/30 minutes walk to the seafront and town centre. Sainsburys, Aldi and Open Market are 5 mins away. A really fun and convenient area with loads to do within walking distance.

Us:

James is a charity shop enthusiast and illustrator.
Ash is a drug and alcohol recovery worker who loves drawing.
Josh goes to the Buddhist Centre and does improv comedy classes.

We all work different hours which works out well for using the kitchen and bathroom, and peace and quiet on your days off!

We're a settled, easy going group.

We're looking for someone mature and friendly who understands what it takes to be a great housemate!

We would prefer someone who isn't working from home long term.
