This room is a studio, kitchen, bed, bathroom all private, for one person i am sure you can make a couple arrangement with them, I am transferring the contract of my lease, to another person because I am no longer going to live in Brighton, location is good, near the bus station, grocery store (Sainsburys), also a few steps away from Brighton university, the room includes all bills, the room is a gold studio, 2nd floor it is the nearest room to an elevator, so movement from and to your room is better. the room is available from July 1st. you can talk directly to their email of Stoneworks in Brighton about transferring the contract, just send me your details and i will talk to them and they will respond with an email, just to make sure, i also paid the first week so you don't have to.
