Student room available in Elm Grove!

Hi! I'm a student at Sussex uni and am currently looking for someone to take over my tenancy for the next academic year. You would be living in a spacious 5 bedroom house in the Elm Grove area of Brighton, with excellent transport links to the university and to the centre of town, and very close to many cafés and shops. There are 4 floors, including 2 big bathrooms (each complete with a toilet, sink, and shower), 5 double bedrooms and 1 spare room, a separate kitchen and living room, and a very spacious garden. You'd be sharing with 3 guys and 1 non binary person, 3 of which are going into their 3rd year at Sussex. Everyone enjoys both nights out and nights in and is clean, respectful, and very easy-going!
