We are looking for a friendly, clean and respectful housemate to take the fourth room in our house. Age bracket 25-35.
Furnished double bedroom on top floor (2nd floor) in a house with 3 other rooms (2 women 1 man). Each room rented separately and rent paid directly to landlord, all bills included. The house is off Lewes Road close to Elm Grove - 15/20 mins from Station, 15 mins to the town centre.
House has communal areas that include 2 bathrooms on the ground floor and a kitchen and living area in the basement.
Single professionals only. no pets unfortunately. We’re a quiet house of friends who work approximately 9-5 Mon-Fri. Two of us work for the NHS. Looking for someone who’ll fit in with the vibe. The move in date is 27th July 2024
