Double bedroom in Queens Park Area

We are looking for someone to fill a space in our 4-bed house by Queens Park starting 30th December 2025 for a 7 month tenancy. Our current housemate is sadly leaving the house to move in with her partner, so we are looking for someone to replace her on the tenancy!

Rent: £550 per person per month
Bills (gas/electric, wifi, water): approx £100 per person per month
Council Tax Band: C
Parking: street parking outside the house, permit only.
Accessibility: Property is not wheelchair accessible unfortunately. Front door is up 3 steps. Bathroom on the first floor. Bedroom and all other shared spaces on the ground floor.

The room is a good sized double bedroom (ground floor) unfurnished with a window out to the garden. The house also has a shared kitchen and living room, a garden with patio & grass, and 1 shared bathroom with a bath. The current tenant has said they are happy to leave the bed and wardrobe in the property to help the next tenant with furniture!

All shared spaces are fully furnished by us.

We are 2 students (male) and 1 working professional (female) in the house tenancy currently. We are a queer and neurodivergent friendly house and 2 of us are vegan.
We all enjoy cooking, playing video games, boardgames & watching movies, spending time outdoors (cycling, sea swimming, running, etc). We are looking for either a working professional or student who is friendly, tidy, and chill!

The tenancy agreement is from 30th December 2025 to 30th July 2026, however there is a possibility to discuss continuing the tenancy for 1 more year if this is of interest to you!
