Double bedroom in Queens Park Area

We are looking for someone to join our 11 month tenancy in our 4-bed house by Queens Park starting 30th August 2024. The room is a good sized double bedroom (ground floor) unfurnished with a window out to the garden. There is a separate kitchen and living room, as well as a good sized garden with patio & grass, and 1 shared bathroom with a bath. We are 2 students (male) and 1 working professional (female) in the house tenancy currently. We are a queer and neurodivergent friendly house and 2 of us are vegan. We have furniture to furnish all the shared spaces, and are happy to help the future tenant source bedroom furniture :)
We all enjoy cooking, playing video games, boardgames & watching movies, spending time outdoors (cycling, sea swimming, running, etc). We are looking for either a working professional or student who is chill and doesn't party too hard.
