I have one room available in my cozy home, and I'm looking for flatmate(s) who want to enjoy a friendly and respectful living space. The place is currently undergoing some exciting renovations, so you'll have the flexibility to furnish your room the way you like.

I'm an easygoing person who likes to strike a balance between socialising and personal time. While I enjoy hanging out with flatmates and having a good time, I totally get the need for downtime and privacy.

Just a heads up – I travel quite a bit, so there might be the odd month when I won't be around. But don't worry, I'll make sure everything is in order before I go, and you'll have plenty of time to meet and get to know the other people in the house.

Before this cozy home, I used to live in Hackney for six years, and I've made a fantastic group of friends in Brighton that you'll have the chance to meet.
