Double bedroom in lovely central Brighton flat

Hello! Thanks for taking the time to look at my ad. My lovely housemate is moving out at the beginning of August and I’m looking for someone to join me in the flat.

The room is a decently sized double room, tucked away at the back of the flat, next to the patio. The rent is £636.50 pcm NOT including bills. Bills come to around £160 per month. The room is available from 10th August 2024.

The flat is minutes walk from Brighton station, and very close to gorgeous Seven Dials. We have a lovely large living room which gets loads of light throughout the day, and a cute little patio (which I’m trying to make a bit cuter✨) that has been great for lapping up some sun.

You’ll be sharing with me (Izzy, 26). I’m a personal assistant and work mostly from home, sometimes working in London. I’m really keen to live with someone who I can share food with and a glass of wine from time to time, and hope to make the flat into a little home for us both! I’m a pretty crafty gal, and so definitely would not be opposed to an occasional crafting date. Really into art history, cooking and baking, bouldering, knitting, sea swimming, and would love to find someone who shares the same vibe.
