Room for rent in lovely spacious Maisonette in the dials area. Rent is £635 excluding bills. Bills come to around £100 per month. Accepting short let or long term let (minimum 3months).
The property is located a 10min walk from Brighton Station and 2 minutes away from Seven Dials.
You will be living with 3 other lovely professionals, however all of them will be moving out by January 2025. The Contract is flexible and provided tenants find their replacement, the estate agents are happy to amend the names on the Contract with ease. Our Contract is restarting in August 2024, so I will be finding someone to take my place on the Contract from September 2nd 2024. I am leaving to go to Australia for a working holiday. Just a heads up - you are likely to need a Guarantor (as I did).
The house has one huge bathroom with bath and shower, your room and an open plan kitchen and living space on the first floor and the other three rooms, one shower room and a toilet room on the second/third floors. Kitchen is equipped with everything including a dishwasher and two fridge/freezers so plenty of storage space for food.
The room available gets stunning sunshine and light and has a great view across Brighton. The room can come part furnished or non furnished but I will organise a reasonable payment for the items you would like. I would be offering the bed and mattress, the TV, the desk, the big mirror, the furniture (except for the bedside tables they are going) and the plants if you want them for a reasonable offer 💖( but you can have the room completely unfurnished or just take some of those items if you want).
My three housemates are a lovely bunch. They enjoy socialising as a house, having a drink together, cooking dinners for each other and watching TV together; but also respect others space. They enjoy pub quizzes, going to music events, chilling on the beach or just chatting rubbish and watching a movie together. You will be welcomed to join in during the time you will be there together ☺️. The house is a safe space, LGBTQ+ friendly and everyone is respectful of one another. You will feel welcomed into the home and the others are very respectful of however you want to exist in the house. Everyone is clean and tidy. It's genuinely the loveliest house I've ever lived in💗
