Double room 2 mins to Brighton Station

Furnished double room for rent right in the centre of town, located one street behind Queens Road. Brighton Station is a 90 second walk from here (so ideal for commuters), as are the North Laines. Churchill Square is a 7 minute walk away and it’s a 10 minute walk to the beach.

The house is a modern 2 bedroom, 3 storey terrace with a main bathroom downstairs and second toilet on the top floor. There is on street parking which will require a permit (we're in zone Y) but being so close to town and the station, there is not much need for a car. There is also a small garden which is awesome in the summer too.

We have 1gb broadband with Virgin, an 85" TV, tumble dryer, Nespresso machine, decent sized bathroom with roll top bath and an amazing shower!

About Us:
We are a gay couple, working professional jobs Mon-Fri, roughly 9-5pm and work from home most of the time.

We are fairly quiet in the week and enjoy relaxing after work but usually have something going on at the weekends.

It would be awesome to live with someone who is sociable but also likes their own time to chill out too.

We have a little pooch called Ezra who is 6 years old and is super super friendly. He is a Puggle and loves attention so a dog lover would be great.

We're pretty laid-back and quite tidy so would be cool to meet someone similar.
