Bright and Spacious Seven Dials Flat

My lovely housemate is moving back to Cornwall so we're looking for someone to take her room and join myself and Emma living in this lovely Seven Dials flat. The room available is a cosy double, but there is plenty of space for extra storage throughout the flat so not everything has to fit in the room. It is unfurnished so will need to bring your own bed etc.

I'm 27, an account manager and love the sea, sun, travel, good food and adventures. Emma is 30, works for a wine company and loves going to gigs, comedy nights and keeping fit (yoga/spin/running). We are both past the hardcore partying phase, but still enjoy hitting the pub or going out for some cocktails. We're looking for someone who is social and happy to hang out now and then, a movie night or pub outing, but also has their own thing going on so we can all have our space. Being tidy, respectful and valuing a nice relaxed atmosphere is key 😊 A chilled family vibe is what we're hoping to have. We don't have a cleaner, so we need someone who can clean up after themselves and contribute to cleaning the shared spaces.

We both work remote so someone who doesn't also work remote is preferable.

About the flat...

A beautiful first floor flat, with high ceilings and huge windows throughout, filling the space with lovely natural light at all times of day.

We're in a great location, close to all the pubs, cafes and shops in Seven Dials and only a 13 minute walk to Brighton Station or 20 minute walk to the beach or Brighton town centre. Walking distance to everything you need but on a nice quiet street.

The living room is a real gem, super spacious and a working open fire, which we love to light in the winter 🥰 We also have a small patio area which is a real sun trap (when we get it!).

No wait list for our parking zone and great neighbours!
