Room available from now

Hi there. We just moved into this freshly renovated house with plenty of options to share. The house is lovely and bright and very easy to maintain clean and tidy. Close to Lewes Road, walking distance to the beach and easy access to town and to the racehill for wonderful walks and pubs nearby.

The rooms are shown as twin rooms but only for reference of size, as we can only really host one person per room and are still furnishing the house.

Different storage solutions, furnishings etc can/will be provided and you are also welcome to bring things you would like to keep in your room. Plenty of possibilities here.

We have a family bathroom upstairs and a toilet downstairs. Both rooms are on the ground floor.

So, really looking for the right non smoking person who is clean, tidy and eager to keep the house system running smoothly, respectful and working/studying full time. You will be sharing with me and 2 others.
