My friends are currently living in a house just up the road from the station in central Brighton but all of them will be moving out from July 25th.
Me and 1 other person are interested in moving in and so are looking for 2 more people to join us and take over the lease.
It’s about 3 minutes walk up the road from Brighton station on Alexandra villas so it’s very central.
Disclaimer:
The house is in need of some TLC.
The bathroom is a bit decrepit and there is mould in one of the rooms which is currently vacant, but there’s a really powerful mould spray which I think would reduce it massively.
The rent is a really good price though and with bills on top it’s probably in the ballpark of around 625-630 per month. The rooms are decent sized and it’s a cool house.
As for house mates the only requirement is that you are kind and respectful.
