Double en suite room in Regency

Hello,

I'm Joe, devoted father of one and i am a working professional within IT, I am looking for a flat mate to occupy the spare room with an en suite.

The room is also attached to the large kitchen/dinner with a utility room.

I am initially looking for short term but the potential for long term.

The house hold is family orientated with my son being 4 years old, who is here half the week.

Being in Regency Square you will be in the centre of Brighton with local amenities and transport but yet slightly out the way too with great south facing views looking at the Beach.

The room is being decorated at the moment and will be ready in the coming weeks.
