Lovely Double Bedroom

The house is a large house with the accommodation over three floors. The third floor is where this room is, alongside one further bedroom which is occupied by a Brighton student who is 25 and a good sized shower room that is used by the occupants on this floor only.
We are a family (mostly) of professionals. My husband and I are working all day, mostly out and some nights away. Our eldest son is 27 and works mostly away. Our youngest son is here a few nights and some weekends (mostly lives with his mum locally in Hove). We are a friendly bunch and enjoy nice social times both in and out of the home. We are all very clean and tidy and enjoy a clean space so you will need to also. We do have the kitchen and bathrooms cleaned each week and the bedrooms cleaned every other week (included in the price).

We have excellent internet, a large kitchen dining area for us all to use and there is a garden area. We are 5 minutes walk from Preston Park Station, Bus stop just outside (Church of the Good Shepherd) and around 20 minutes walk to Brighton City Centre. Aside from the beaches we have great green spaces on the doorstep with Dyke Road Park, Hove Park and Hove Recreational Ground.

The No's - no fish can be cooked at the house. Sorry!
