One minute walk to woods/golf course/allotments. 10/15 minute walk or less to Hertford Schools, Downs Schools, Balfour School, Varndean and Stringer. Resident dog welcomes polite dogs and will harass any other creatures. Landlady and dog away most weekends and this may increase due to aging parents. Just checking council tax band and will edit if it’s not C.
