Double room in 2 bedroom flat.

Hi!
My flat mate has decided to not stay on after her tenancy ends on the 10th of October so I'm looking for a new person to take over from her.
Available earlier for the right person if needed.

Cozy flat just off elm Grove and has a little garden that is out the back.
It's quiet and has lovely neighbors that are very helpful.

Room has currently a king size IKEA bed that can stay if needed. All other bits will go. Room looks bigger in person than photos.

Worth noting the bills come to roughly £200 each p/m as it is split on 2 people.

About me.
My name is Melanija im half Latvian.
I work from home couple days a week doing hair, mostly dreadlocks in the day and a couple days a week I work at a office.
Also studying Project management to leave the hair industry behind.
Every other weekend I'm usually away in Dorset to see my partner and in the summer I do a lot of Viking reenactment shows.

I like to get up and go to bed fairly early and have a quiet home so best suited for someone like minded.


Would be nice to live with someone who would like to occasionally watch TV and get a takeaway and a glass of wine.
