Room in a cosy cottage in the Heart of the Laines

Our beautiful cottage has been a cosy nest to us and our friends over the years, and it is filled with treasures, furnishings and art created and collected by us.

It feels like a country cottage, (it's suprisingly quiet) despite our incredible location!

I've made the decision to go back to London so my room has become available.

You'd be joining Marc, Hector and Courtney - a couple.

We are very chilled and not party people, we prefer to enjoy a couple of drinks together at the pub, make food for each other, and watch films in our sitting room.

We occasionally have parties in our alley, for our birthdays!

We also sit out there as very few cars drive down it.

The landlady is private, and we have a direct line of communication with her, she deals with issues promptly and is lovely!

We're currently having most of the house re painted, including my room which will be carried out before your tenancy starts.

She uses as agent for tenancy agreements.

Rent is 666 a month, council tax is £58 and usually all other bills come to around £55 a month extra.

These are paid every three months like usual.

We have a great washer dryer, superfast wifi and all tv subscriptions.

My room is at the top of the house, it has a skylight and a sash window.

The sunshine hits your bed around 8:30 which makes for a very peaceful sunday morning.
