We have a furnished double room available in our cosy 4 bed flat in the centre of Seven Dials, Brighton.
Looking for a female ideally between 26-32, no students or pets sorry!
The flat is big but homely and in a great location, about 10 minutes from the train station, seafront, and city centre. The lounge/kitchen area looks out onto Dyke Road, which is great for people (and dog) watching 👀.
You would share full use of the lounge/ kitchen area with 3 of the other housemates. And the bathroom with 2 others.
As a flat we are very sociable and if an evening enjoy having dinner together/ playing games and watching films but also respect alone time.
We are all working professionals with so someone who fits into this would also be ideal.
Smokers are fine as long as don’t smoke inside, unfortunately can’t have any pets, and please no incense burners haha!
