Double bedroom with ensuite

Hello!

I am a live in landlord and have been in my flat for almost 2 years. My friend is moving out to go explore another city and I am looking for someone just as wonderful to take her room.

My flat is tucked away on a private road, located right between Brighton and Hove. The flat is peaceful but not far from the busyness of Brighton. Just a few minutes walk to the beach and a few minutes from Western Road and Preston Street.

The property is a basement flat with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has an open plan kitchen/ sitting room/ dinning room. There is also a patio outside with dinning chairs and table.

I am a sociable person that enjoys coming back to the flat to relax and am looking for a flatmate to get along with who is clean, tidy, respectful of the other space and wants to make the place homely.

The bedroom comes with a double bed and a cupboard.

I will be going to University in September and a lot of my studying will be from home, but I will also be working part time. So, I am ideally looking for someone that doesn't work from home too much as I'll be in quite a lot.

The room will be available from mid September, but can be sooner if needed.
