Short term/flexible let in beautiful Brighton flat

I am looking for a short term lodger - I am rarely at the flat as I stay with my partner in London.

Arrangements can be really flexible so get in touch with any questions/requirements and we can discuss!

Sea view, large flat, 5 min walk to beach!

We have a large open plan living room/kitchen with a dining table and seperate breakfast bar and the kitchen has all the mod cons - large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and some nice extras like a nespresso machine, nutribullet and soda stream.

We also have Prime, Netflix etc on our TV and I'll be leaving those logged in if you like!

The view of the sea from the kitchen and living room is probably my favourite thing about the flat. We even have a view of the South Downs in the opposite direction. I love it!

The bedroom is large with a super king bed and lots of storage. And there is a seperate loo/bathroom with bath.
