Welcome to my very spacious room in this stunning 2 bed flat just off of dyke road!

I am moving out of the area and so am in need of someone to replace me and move into this beautiful flat to join my 24yo female flatmate.

The room is very large. Pictures are shown with a king size bed so you can appreciate how much space there is.
The room is advertised as unfurnished, however I no longer need the furniture currently in the room (other than the desk) so would be open to discussing a deal to buy the furniture for a reduced rate if interested (bed and mattress are both only 3 months old- bed is ottoman and so loads of storage underneath).

The open kitchen and dining area is also very spacious. There is a large fridge/freezer, washing machine and built in dishwasher. Plenty of cupboard space to share between you and my flatmate.

The bathroom is also a good size, nothing else to report here. It functions as it should!

My flatmate is very easy going, mostly prefers relaxing in her room as opposed to in the living area, is quiet but also enjoys socialising and playing games. She works from home in her room 3 days of the week. WFH is more than welcome here!!

The landlord does live in the flat below. This does come in very handy when something needs sorting, but also makes you conscious of how much noise you are making. I've never had a problem with this and I do play music most of the day.

~£50 gas/electric
~£25 water
~£16 broadband (decent quality)

Looking for a 12 month commitment ideally (TBD- but short term/less than 6 months is not an option).
