Peaceful house close to Downs

Short-term let available for a double room (2.90 x 3.38 m) in my house with a beautiful view over the valley towards Wild Park.

There is plenty of space in the house with a large living room and kitchen that you would be free to use. There is a front and back garden, and a sheltered outdoor area at the back of the house that is ideal for storing bikes, etc. The house is at the top of a hill with access to the Downs or woodland within 5 mins.

Would suit a quiet and tidy person who wants somewhere peaceful to live for 1-2 months. :-)

* 25-30 min by bus (49 nearby or 23/25/28/29 from Lewes Road)
* 7 min cycle / 20 min walk to Moulsecoomb train station
* Easy access by car to Lewes Road and A27, unrestricted parking
* 15-25 min to University of Brighton/Sussex campuses

About me

I am 41, male, university lecturer and otherwise love to play music (acoustic guitar, or bass guitar with headphones), sing, dance, spend time in nature, read and generally chill. I practise Zen Buddhism and am a vegetarian. 😊
